| The staff are very friendly and helpful. I called to have my tires switched over and winter tires installed. I was told I would have to leave the car at the garage all day but I received a call about two hours after my appointment. I was very impressed with the service, especially at a time when many people were switching over to winter tires. When I took the car in to have the tires re-torqued, once again the front office staff and mechanic were very friendly. The service was done in a few minutes of my arrival. |

| I had an emergency problem with my car --they were booked solid for the upcoming week but said they'd try & work on it in between appointments. They went thru everything on my car & suggested other things that were needed --I went with everything they recommended & I'm very pleased. |

| Very good service. Car is ready when they say it will be ready. If there are unexpected items to be fixed they call me and get my authorization to do the work. Not cheap but reasonable prices for the work and the service. Have been using them for 5 years and will continue. |
